Witch Rooms have been building homes, Loft Rooms, Sun Rooms and Cottages since 1973 and is now expanding their operation into the Cape. Witch Rooms have introduced a new composite building system known as Witchgro, utilizing magnesium oxide boards and E.P.S. (Expanded Polystyrene) commonly known as SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel Systems). Witch Rooms is well known for their innovative approach to projects at both design and construction stages. Witch Rooms highly qualified and well trained staff guarantee that their customers needs are taken care of efficiently and timeously.

The introduction of the Witchgro building system has enabled the company to build quicker, more energy efficient homes, due to the materials used. Our aim is to build green,
eco-friendly and sustainable houses with the object of reducing carbon emissions and leaving a lower carbon footprint.
